Our "Emu A6.1" is a 1U rack-mount IPC system based on a quad-core intel Celeron processor (intel Celeron N3160 with 4 x 1,6 GHz) and was designed for industrial use mostly. The system combines high energy-efficiency with powerful performance in a very compact 1U chassis with only 25cm depth - qualifying it for a range of possible applications.
Within a depth of only 250mm this system combines a Gigabyte GA-N3160N-D3V mainboard with passively cooled intel Celeron N3160 quad-core processor and - in the base-configuration - 4GB Kingston DDR3L-1600 RAM (max. 8GB DDR3L). The mainboard is equipped with dual gigabit LAN ports, an onboard graphics card with D-Sub VGA and DVI-D connector, two external serial ports, four internal SATA connectors (4 x SATA-600) and an onboard soundcard. With an optional riser-card, the integrated 32bit PCI Slot can be used for the expansion of the system with an optional 32bit PCI expansion-card.
Manufactured with high quality and combined with an "80PLUS Bronze" certified 200W Enhance FlexATX power-supply, this 1U rack-mounted system is a very robust platform for a wide field of applications - even under demanding conditions. Installation in a 19-inch server-rack or network-cabinet can alternatively be carried out with the chassis turned by 180 degrees for direct access to the connectors at the rear of the system. For this case, it is possible to integrate a second set of control-buttons and LEDs into the back-side of the chassis. The primary set of controls is integrated into the front-panel - as well as two USB 2.0 ports.
Having a TDP of only 6W, the intel Celeron N3160 quad-core processor belongs to the most economical and power-efficient processors on the market to this date. It is designed as a "system-on-chip" and does not need an external chipset as most features which used to be handled by the chipset are already integrated directly into the processor. We also offer this system alternatively as a "silent"-version with three extremely silent and decoupled 40mm system-fans.
In contrast to systems with an intel D2500 Atom processor the "Emu A6.1" supports the installation of 64bit Windows operating-systems (Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, Windows 10) without any problem.
We equip the base-configuration of this system with 4GB DDR3L-1600 Kingston low-voltage main-memory - a maximum of 8GB is possible. With an optional 32bit PCI expansion card the integrated 32bit PCI Slot can be used for the expansion of the system. Furthermore it is possible to integrate up to two 2,5" HDD/SSD's or one 3,5" harddisk (please note that the PCI Slot can not be used when installing a 3,5" harddisk). Just choose your desired options within the configuration-tool below.
After system-assembly, the completed system receives an extensive and thorough system-test before being shipped. Included in the scope of supply are - apart from the server-system - the complete mainboard-accessories, a screw-kit, a power-cord (please contact us if you need a special cord) and two matching short-length SATA-cables for hassle-free cabling of your devices. The system will be shipped without operating-system.
When using a 3,5" harddisk in this system, there is not enough room left for the integration of an expansion-card with a riser-card. This integration is only possible, when using 2,5" harddisks or SSD´s.
